“In this first session I became aware that I am currently and have for a long time, set up strong safety protocols around myself in terms of dealing with emotions.
Getting to understand this was not easy and getting through the inner defence mechanism will take some time. Sue guided me through discovering this (not an easy task as I didn’t understand it myself) and took me through various approaches until we worked out what it was.
I highly recommend Sue to anyone in a similar situation.
