Book a Class
Suivness uses ClassFit to take bookings. To book individual classes, click on “CLASSES” below. To book a 5-class pass, or to reserve a discounted class slot for the full term, click on “PACKAGES” below.
Gentle Restore: Offering all the advantages of practicing yoga just practiced at a slower pace. This class gently works the body using traditional yoga postures (asana) and pranayama (breathwork). The class finishes with some deep relaxation, allowing you to leave feeling restored and renewed. I recommend this class if you like to work at a slow mindful pace, if you are coming back from serious injury or have restricted mobility. Flow and Let Go: Focused on getting you out of your head and letting go by way of breath-led flowing movement. Expect reclining, seated and standing flows, followed by guided meditation/relaxation. Open to beginners to advanced yogis, modifications for injury can be offered. Please note as this is a flow-style class we may move up to standing and back down to the mat repeatedly during the class.
1. Term booking: Book for the term and save 25% on each class. This works out as TWO free classes per term. You will be automatically allocated a spot for every class in the term. Choose this option if you want the best discount or don’t want the hassle of having to book in each week.
2. Five-class-pass: Choose this option to save 10% on each class. Once you buy your pass, you choose the classes you want to attend (any of the three weekly classes) and then book into the class using the credits in your ClassFit pass (space permitting).
3. Pay-As-You-Go: $20 per class. Book in online before class and pay (space permitting).
