During your one-to-one Regulate sessions, you will learn how to regulate your emotions and manage stress and worry so you can cope better in challenging moments. With practical, evidence-based techniques, you’ll learn how to calm your nervous system and return to a place of balance. Regulate sessions are ideal to help you manage emotional dysregulation, such as when you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, agitated, stuck, numb, etc.—without needing to dive into the deeper “why?”

Regulate leverages the latest neuroscience and Emotional Resilience Coaching (ERC) principles, and helps you develop coping strategies for stressful moments and provides support in returning to a calm and balanced state, so you can build resilience and face daily challenges with more ease.

You will learn what happens in your body when you are chronically stressed or emotionally dysregulated (a little bit of stress is good for).  We will work together to explore practical tools that can help you in the moment, build your resilience and rewire your response. Integrating techniques from yoga therapy, somatic practices and neuroscience this approach empowers you to manage chronic stress, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation more effectively. Whether you want to improve emotional balance or enhance your capacity to handle life’s challenges, this coaching offers a tailored, evidence-based pathway to emotional well-being.

Self-regulation is essential for resilience, emotional well-being, and stress management. It can be strengthened through practices like breathwork, mindfulness, somatic practice, gentle movement, cognitive strategies, and nervous system regulation techniques.
